ELIGIBILITY

All employees are eligible for the Cybersecurity Champion’s Coin.

CRITERIA FOR CONSIDERATION

See something, Say something — Reporting attempts to compromise the security of Mercer assets, including phishing, employee theft, tailgating, fraud, etc.

Client stewardship — Proactively working to reduce client data risk including reducing the data we collect, preventing client data sprawl, etc.

Cyber mentoring — Working to embed a culture of security across Mercer, our client engagements and our communities as a whole.

Cyber pioneer — Identifying a vulnerability or exposure previously unknown, notifying on a process gap where security may be compromised, etc.
